摘 要：二战后期，美国总统罗斯福猝然离世，引发世界震动。国民政府高层因之对中美、中苏关系产生波动 性认知，对两国采取不同的紧急应对策略。《中央日扌弱等报刊广泛宣传中外纪念活动，串联起同盟国的共同情感， 使国民政府有关行为得到盟国的认可与回应。国民政府通过召开追悼会、派遣要员赴美吊唁、设立图书馆、命名道 路、设置奖学金等形式，积极宣传罗氏的光辉业绩，借以改善与提升自身国际形象，某种层面适应了国民政府的政 治逻辑，展现了其以罗氏逝世为对象建构政治活动的过程。 关键词：罗斯福逝世； 形象建构； 国民政府； 中央日报

Abstract : In the late period of World War II , President Roosevelt died suddenly , which caused the world to shake. Because of the fluctuating cognition of the relationship between China and the United States and the Soviet Union , the senior officials of the then national government adopted different emergency response strategies to the two countries. The Central Daily and other newspapers and magazines widely publicized the commemorative activities widely at home and abroad , linked up the common feelings of the allies , and made the relevant behaviors of the national government recognized and responded by the allies. The national government publicized Roche 9s brilliant achievements actively actively by holding a memorial service , sending key personnel to the United States , establishing a library, naming roads , setting up scholarships and other forms, so as to improve and enhance its international image. At some level , these efforts adapted to the political logic of
the national government and showed the process of constructing political activities with Roche's death as the object.

去世前后的舆论或国民政府的对外关系等方面进行 了较多研究①，但未围绕罗氏去世的宣传与政治关系
进行阐述，给本文留下了探讨空间。
一、变动下的认知与应对国民政府其时外交以美国为中心，罗氏去世的 消息一经传入国内，遂引起高度关注，陈克文称
