亚麻酸，测定经氢氧化钾-甲醇皂化甲酯化后形成的α-亚麻酸甲酯的含量，直接得出苏籽中α-亚麻酸的含量。结果表明，α-亚麻酸甲酯标品的保留时间为22.785 min，α-亚麻酸甲酯的线性检测范围为0.01～10.00mg/mL，r=0.9981，方法回收率为96.1%～102.4%。 关键词：苏籽；α-亚麻酸；α-亚麻酸甲酯；气相谱法

Abstract：α-Linolenate was extracted with n-hexane from perilla seed，and methylified with 0.8 mol/L KOH-methnoal solution.Then content of α-methyl linolenate，which could be translated to the content of α-linolenate，was quantified with gas chromato
graphyusing agilent 19091X-233 HP-1 BondedPolyethlene Glycol（30m × 0.320mm，0.25μm）.The retention time for α-methyl linolenate was 22.785 min.This method was appicable in a linear range of 0.01-10.00 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient at 0.9981 and the average recovery for α- linolenate at 96.1% ～102.4%.
