摘要:首先采用相转变法乳化氧化聚乙烯蜡制得氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液,并检测乳液的粒径及分布,zeta 电位,存放稳定性,耐热稳定性,冻融稳定性和离心稳定性。考察了乳化剂种类、用量、HLB值、乳化温度、乳化时间、搅拌速度等主要因素对乳化效果的影响。结果表明,使用1300系列乳化剂和K12复配获得HLB值介于12.0到13.0的乳化体系,乳化剂用量为氧化聚乙烯蜡的30%,乳化温度为110℃,乳化时间为20min,搅拌速度为6000~8000r/min,可制备出稳定性好的氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液。然后将蜡乳液与聚氨酯乳液按不同配比复配成膜并检测涂膜的拒水性和透光率。最后,将蜡乳液和有机硅乳液复配后用于皮革涂饰,研究其对皮革涂层耐湿擦性、耐折性、手感、拒水性、离板性能的影响。结果表明,蜡乳液可以明显改善涂层的耐湿擦性、手感、拒水性、离板性等性能。 关键词:氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液乳化有机硅乳液复配涂饰

Oxidized Polyethylene Wax Emulsion

Abstract:First,the method of phase conversion was used to emulsify the oxidized polyethylene wax to prepare oxidized polyethylenelene wax emulsion,and test size and distribution,zeta potential,storage stability, heat stability,the stability of freeze-thaw stability and Centrifugal stability of the wax emulsion.the main factors which can effect the properties of wax emulsion mainly were studied including sorts of emulsifiers,the amount of emulsifiers,HLB value,the emulsifying temperature and sheared mixing speed.The experiment indicate that the steady and stable oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion can be prepared under following condition use1300and K12complex to get a HLB=12.0-13.0emulsifier system,the total amount of these emulsion systems is30%of wax mass,respectively,emulsion temperature is110℃,emulsion time is20min and continuously stirring speed is6000-8000r/min.Then complex the wax emulsion and polyurethane emulsion at different ratios and test water repellency and transmittance of the coating.Finally,complex wax emulsion and the silicone emulsion for leather finishing and study the effect of complex emulsion to coating performance in moisture wipping resistence,folding resistence,feel,water repellency and performance from the plate.The result shows that wax emulsion can apparently improve the moistur
e wipping resistence,feel, water repellency and performance from the plate and other performance of the leather coating.
