玻璃钢连续缠绕管材生产线符合国家的相关产业政策,市场发展潜力巨大

国家建设部化学建材协调组在《“十五”规划纲要》中指出：“加速淘汰耗能高、寿命短、不符合节能环保政策的落后产品，大力推广使用新型化学建材，在2010年城市排水管系统，基本淘汰混凝土管、钢筋水泥管及铸铁管”。上海市已率先在1998年发文禁止使用≤Ø400mm的埋地水泥管和铸铁排水管，推广使用环保型排水管。从此我国各省市陆续出台了限制、禁止使用一部分规格的埋地水泥管和铸铁排水管，推广使用环保型排水管。2002年国家建设部出台了在市政管网工程中禁止使用≤反应容器Ø600mm的埋地水泥管和铸铁排水管。当时在国内取而代之的产品是塑料缠绕管道，产品规格可以Ø300-3000mm.但通过几年的运行塑料管道暴露了许多难以克服的弊端，比如：承压底、刚性差、适温变性能弱、成本高、施工要求高等难以克服的缺陷。因此玻璃钢管道是替代上述管道的理想产品，而且玻璃钢管道具有埋地水泥管和铸铁管的刚性。体现出非凡的物理性能和良好的耐酸碱化学性能。青岛朗通机器有限公司推出的玻璃钢连续缠绕管材生产线正适用于新型化学管道的生产，与国家节能降耗的政策相吻合，该生产线制造的大口径玻璃钢管则可应用于给排水主干线，符合国家2010年发展规划纲要。 In the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the Chemical Building Material coordination department of the ministry of Construction pointed out that, speed up the elimination the products on tho
