小型木材剥皮机毕业设计

木材剥皮在木材生产和用材部门中都是一项不可缺少的工序。在许多工程中都需要在加工之前对原木进行剥皮处理。
本次设计的主要目的是利用计算机对小型木材剥皮机的机械部分进行三维设计并作简单的运动仿真。由于计算机设计的显著优势,大大减少了设计及制造样机并进行调试的时间,从而显著降低了成本。
本次设计在分析木材剥皮机的工作原理并作初步的设计之后,利用国内广泛应用的CAD/CAM开发软件UG完成对适合小型木材加工厂的简易木材剥皮机各机械零部件进行实体造型,并在UG高频预热机环境中完成各零部件的虚拟装配,最终利用该软件的运动分析模块进行初步的运动仿真,模拟真实的加工过程,分析检查是否有干涉现象存在。在三维设计结束后,利用涂料过滤器AutoCAD软件绘制木材剥皮机各零部件的二维图纸及总装配图,使本次设计更贴近实际生产,更容易被实际推广和应用。

ABSTRACT

Peeling off timber skins is an essential process in the timber production and in the timber department which uses timber. In many projects, peeling off timber skins is needed before the timber processing.
The main purpose of the design is the 3D design and simple kinetic simulation to the machine part of the small timber barker with computer. Due to the advantage of computer, the time of designing, manufacturing and debugging of the prototype machine is greatly reduced. Therefore, cost is greatly reduced.
After the analysis of the working principle and the preliminary design in this design, UG, the widespread application CAD/CAM software at home and abroad, is used to complete solid modeling of all machine parts of the small timber barker. And every part of the machine is assembled virtually. At last, the preliminary kinetic simulation is completed by the kinetic analysis department to simulate actual manufacturing process and analyze whether existing intervention or not. After the 3D design, AutoCAD software is utilized to
protract d型管the drawings and the assemble drawing, which makes this design closer to production and easier to be adopted.
