Introduction
I. One day you have a nice sleep until noon and wake up hungry, then you go to the cabinet for a bag of instant noodle, just as normal.
II. As a matter of fact, more and more people are accustomed to this kind of convenient food as their meal or snack, mostly to save time and energy, to cope with the rapid pace in modern life.
III. We all know that instant noodles saves a lot time.And there are many people who think instant noodles are delicious.

A. Instant noodle is a highly processed food that lacks nutritive value but riches in fat.
1. Although it can provide us with enough energy, the vitamin B, vitamin C and cellulose,can only be obtained from fresh vegetables and fruits.
2. Tests by the Australian Consumers' Association show there is as much fat in a single serving of two-minute noodles as there is in a cup of French-fried potato chips, or a quarter of a medium-sized pizza.

I. As we can see ,instant noodles have lots of health concerns.
II. For the sake of our health ,we should choose some more wholesome food when we get hungry
