发达国家大学外语教育政策比较研究作者：袁渊 胡入云来源：《科教导刊》2014年第36期 摘 要 随着今年北京市高考外语改革政策率先实施，社会上针对外语教育的争论再次成为舆论的焦点。可以预见随着中学外语教育改革的实行，其他教育阶段如小学、大学的外语教育也必然面临变革。本课题将着眼于当今世界主要发达国家包括美国、欧盟和日本等国的外语教育政策，分析比较这些国家大学阶段外语教育制度，为我国尚未开启的高校外语教育革新提供一个新的视角。

Abstract As the conduct of the "newly-reformed College Entrance Examination policy" in BeiJing， the foreign language education in China has being involved in the center of debate. Is English teaching less-important since the reform？ And how should foreign-language-college cope with the new situation朵康>情报理论与实践？钓鱼岛岛主 This paper will highlight the application of foreign language polices in developed countries （玉田县实验小学i.e. the US， EU， and Japan）， and analyze their educational system in tertiary stage， promoting to reveal a new light for police-makers in English education reform.
