CD4+T淋巴细胞穿孔素基因启动子区低甲基化状态在COPD中的作用摇滚狂潮
目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者CD4+T 淋巴细胞穿孔素基因启动子区甲基化状态在该病中的作用。方法 分别分离8例COPD组和8例正常对照组外周静脉血CD4+T淋巴细胞,提取RNA和DNA,检测CD4+T 细胞穿孔素基因启动子区域 DNA 平均甲基化水平以及穿孔素基因mRNA的表达。结果 COPD患者CD4+T淋巴细胞穿孔素基因启动子区域DNA平均甲基化水平显著低于正常对照组(P﹤0.05),但穿孔素基因mRNA的表达较正常对照组增强(P﹤0.05)。结论 COPD患者CD4+T淋巴细胞穿孔素基因启动子区域DNA低甲基化状态可引起穿孔素基因mRNA的过度表达,在COPD发病中具有重要的作用。borland c 3.1
