全自动杀鱼机设计
摘要:全自动杀鱼机,主要对一般食用鱼类进行刮鳞、剖腹、挖肠、清洗等前期自动化处理。本文旨在基于PLC控制技术,以及先进光电检测方法,设计一台根据鱼类不同可实现自主调节的杀鱼机。本文主要包括杀鱼机空间结构设计、鱼头夹持部件设计、鱼尾夹持部件设计、刮鳞部件设计、剖腹部件设计、挖肠部件设计以及清洗部件设计。
由于鱼类大小不一,杀鱼机基于光电检测技术和PLC控制技术设计完善的鱼体检测运送方案,该方案集鱼体检测、运送于一体,同时确定后续处理的工作行程,方便快捷,实用可靠。
由于杀鱼机是对活鱼进行处理,鱼体必须进行固定,在鱼的夹持固定方案中采用鱼头、鱼尾双夹持的方案。结合相应的控制保证了后续刮鳞、剖腹等处理的顺利进行。
针对鱼体厚度的不同,在刮鳞部件的设计中采用了弹性设计方案,该方案部件工作过程中,滚筒始终紧贴鱼体,并保持相对压力,轻松将鱼鳞刮除,同时保证不损伤鱼体。
在剖腹部件中,设计一个V形保持架,剖刀与保持架保证相对位置。这使得剖刀在保持架帮

整机控制器选用了日本三菱公司的系列的可编程控制器,它具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、实用性和通用性强的优点。
