摘要
万用电表简称万用表或三用表,在国家标准中称作复用表。万用电表实际上是一种可以进行多种项目测量的便携式仪器,主要用于测量电压、电流、电阻。另外可粗略判断电容器、晶体三极管及二极管、集成电路等元器件的性能好坏。
在测量中,万用电表的接入因不影响被测电路原来的工作状态,这就要求电压表应具有无穷大的输入电阻,电流表的内阻应为零。但实际上,万用电表表头的可动线圈总有一定的电阻,例如100uA的表头,其内阻约为1 K ,用它进行测量时将会影响被测量,会引起误差。此外,交流电表中整流二极管的压降和非线性特性也会产生误差。如果在万用电表中使用运算放大器,就能大大降低这些误差,提高测量精度。在欧姆表中采用运算放大器,不仅能得到线性刻度,还能实现自动调零。
运算放大器电路性能的优劣直接影响到万用表的性能。本文从运算放大器电路的结构、原理出发,在阐述运算放大器电路结构、原理的基础上,用运算放大器设计电路实现万用表的电路设计特殊护理。通过仿真与实际电路性能指标的测试、分析、比较,总结出各种电路方案的特点,为电路设计初学者提供一定的参考借鉴。
