【英文标题】The Current Situation and Prospect of the Relations between Russia and EU【作者简介】王文明，南京国际关系学院。（南京证券监督管理条例 210039）【内容提要】 俄罗斯和欧盟关系的主要特点是双方互动的非对称性、过分的相互依赖性和利益交织面的扩大。双方虽然都在努力寻建立长期稳定关系的契合点，但由于价值观分歧严重，在很多领域难以达成互信，因此，双方关系的发展常常一波三折。与此同时，互相依赖、利益交织的事实也使双方在矛盾中不会走向对抗而保持克制。全球金融海啸的爆发、美国对外政策的调整为排除俄欧关系发展的主要障碍提供了机遇。务实合作、实现双方利益的最大化将依然是主导未来欧俄关系发展的主线。The relations between Russia and European Union have the following features: the unsymmetry of their interaction, the over-interdependency on each other and the expansion of the overlaps of their interests. 球面投影g-term stable relations, it is difficult for them to achieve mutual trust on many fields and setbacks often occur on their relations, due to the severe divergence of their values. However, the interdepency and the overlaps of their interests keep them restrained from confrontation. The global ecnomic crisis and the adjustment of US foreign policies provide opportunities for the development of relations between Russia and European Union. The practical cooperation and maximation of the two parties' interests will still dominate their relationship development.
