目的 探讨微创简易送取针器在腹腔镜子宫体腹直肌外悬吊术治中的临床意义。方法 2014年5月～2015年5月对10例子宫脱垂I-II度的患者采取腹腔镜子宫体腹直肌外悬吊术予以，观察其临床效果。结果 手术均顺利成功，且耗时短，手术时间（30.4±10.6）min，平均35min，術中失血5～10ml，术后住院时间3～4d。因采取微创悬吊，手术创伤小，术后切口5d拆线，平均住院时间7～9d。术后随访患者6～18个月，无复发性子宫脱垂。结论 腹腔镜子宫体腹直肌外悬吊术方法操作简单易行，手术安全性高；利用腹腔镜专用简易送取针器可有效的缩短手术时间，降低手术操作难度，减少手术创口及出血量，同时减轻患者痛苦。 Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Minimally invasive simple feeding needle device in the treatment of abdominal rectus muscle of the uterus. Methods From May 2014 ～2015 to May， 10 cases of I-II degree of uterine prolapse were enrolled for laparoscopic operation of the rectus muscle of the uterus.Results Operation time is 30.4±10.6 minutes， operation amount of bleeding is 5 to 10 ml and postoperative hospital stay is 3 to 4 days respectively.Due to the minimally invasive suspension， surgical trauma，
postoperative incision of 5 days， the average hospitalization time 7～9 days after surgery. Patients were followed up for 6～18 months.Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine body rectus abdominis suspension operation is a simple， safe and easy operation， which can significantly increase the operation efficacy and reduce the operation complication by using laparoscope special-purpose simple send needle device.
