随着基建的迅猛发展，装载机已成了工程建设中重要的组成部分。本次设计主要针对ZL15轮式装载机的基本参数进行整车布置设计，要求既满足了基本的性能特点，又有具有其优点。通过查阅相关资料期刊，在了解了装载机基本结构后，进行总体结构的选择，包括传动形式，变矩器，变速箱，离合器，驱动桥，转向系统系统，制动系统。然后通过实测和参考同类车型，确定一些基本参数，如轴距，轮距，最小离地间隙等。最后根据已知参数进行总体布置设计和对整体性能的校核验算。 设计过程先用CAD画总体装配图，并用solidworks三维软件进行虚拟装配，画出了整机三维立体图。最后利用Matlab软件对总体性能分析，从而得出所设计的总体设计性能参数曲线，并进行优化设计，从而达到最终目的。
