双闸板平板闸阀由于其自身的诸多优点普遍应用于石油化工行业，本文立足于双闸板平板闸阀的密封性能和结构创新展开研究。主要的设计思路围绕双闸板展开，以简单、稳定、可靠的设计方向为准则，通过对闸板的设计和改良，达到良好的密封防漏效果。设计中考虑到实际应用过程中的情况，一改传统闸阀的形式，在开启状态也能使两个闸板与阀座密封圈全部紧密接触，实现介质在阀体内的流通的同时也可以有效防止介质对阀腔的冲刷影响。即启闭两个状态都实现了介质对阀腔的零影响。从而比较好地实现了阀腔的防漏，提高了阀门的使
