PDA数据采集系统在热连轧生产线的应用
摘要
数据采集是一种直观分析数据的方法,数据采集系统是微型计算机应用的一个重要领域。在工业控制领 域,数据采集系统通常位于过程控制L2级,对基础自动化L1级的数据进行采集,为控制系统前期调试以及故障原因查提供依据,是生产过程监测以及系统参数优化的重要保证,同时也为数据报告的生成以及生产决策系统、ERP、MES等信息集成系统提供数据支撑。
本文在对数据采集系统现状、发展以及轧制自动化控制系统功能和热连轧生产工艺过程进行分析和研究的基础上,指出了传统过程数据采集方式存在的不足。通过对PDA数据采集系统整体架构及其特点介绍,对Profibus DP与Ethernet协议的分析,指出了该数据采集系统选用通信方式的依据,同时深入分析了PDA数据采集系统的优越性及其功能的实现,论述了PDA数据采集系统的理论依据及其实现原理。

本文以国内某钢厂热连轧生产线的数据采集系统改造项目为背景,提出了采用PDA(Process Data Acquisition)数据采集系统实现高速数据采集的解决方案,实现数据的实时显示与数据连续存储。该钢厂热连轧生产线下位机控制系统采用SIEMENS公司生产的大型控制器,原上位机采用GE Fanuc公司的工业组态软件iFIX,由iFIX组态软件对下位机PLC内部数据进行采集,但由于其无法满足高速数据采集要求,使得系统故障查、数据分析困难,难以做到根据工艺数据对产品品质的影响来优化系统参数。
采用了PDA(Process Data Acquisition)数据采集系统后,数据以.dat 格式的数据文件存放于存储器
中,通过Profibus DP总线实现了数据采集系统与控制系统之间的通信,完成了以10ms的采样速率对热连轧生产线炉区及精轧区共2000多个PLC内部数据信号的实时采集。同时,该系统提供数据分析工具ibaAnalyzer,它可以运行在任何一台计算机上以完成用户对所采集数据的离线分析,并可以生成数据报告、导出数据,对数据库进行读写等操作,不仅能使工程技术人员通过对工艺过程数据的分析来优化产品品质,也使得系统维护人员可以快速查系统故障,从而减少故障停机时间。涂料过滤器
项目实施后,利用ibaAnalyzer的离线分析功能对数据进行分析,工程技术人员依据精轧机轧制力变化的精确曲线,及时对精轧机F4、F5以及F6的轧制力进行调整,不仅提高了热轧带钢的板形精度,而且增强了机架间的平衡,使得系统的稳定性得到提高。
钢锭模尽管本文论述的PDA数据采集系统仅通过Profibus DP 总线方式完成了对SIEMENS公司生产的SIMATIC S7系列控制器内部数据的采集,但PDA数据采集系统还可以方便的实现与其他厂家生产的控制器以及在多种通信方式下实现数据采集及分析的功能。
本文对该方案的实施作了大量分析论证工作,从理论到实践充分证明了PDA数据采集系统的优越性及可靠性,其方法及思想具有适用性,有一定的理论和实际意义。

THE APPLICATION OF PDA DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM IN HOT ROLLING LINE
ABSTRACT
Data acquisition is a direct-vision method of data analysis,and it is an important field of micro-computer application.In the field of industrial control,data acquisition system,that is usually located in the process control level,executes data acquisition from the level of basic automation. For the control system debugging and finding the causes of the malfunction,data acquisition system provides data evidences,and also becomes important guarantee for monitoring of process and optimizing of system parameters,furthermore it also provides data supports for data report generation and information integrated system,for example,production decision-making systems,ERP,MES and etc..
The article is based on analyzing and researching to the current situation and development of data acquisition system and the functions of automatic rolling control system and hot-rolling process. This article points out the disadvantages of traditional data acquisition system. Through introducing the overall structure and characteristics of PDA data acquisition system and analyzing Profibus DP and Ethernet protocol,the article indicates evidences for how to choose the manner of communication in PDA data acquisition system,
furthermore it also deeply analyze the advantages of PDA data acquisition system and function implementation,and discusses theoretical basis and principles of PDA data acquisition system.
This paper presents high-speed data acquisition solutions by using PDA (Process Data Acquisition) data acquisition system to achieve real-time data display and data storage. Its background is a reformation project of data acquisition system that is a domestic steel hot rolling line,the lower control system of the line consists of large-scale controllers which are produced by SIEMENS,the original host computers using GE Fanuc's industrial configuration software iFIX,iFIX configuration software acquisition data from the lower position within the data memory of PLC,but because of its sample rate can not meet the high-speed requirements,make finding system malfunction,data analysis,and according to the technical quality of the data to optimization of system parameters difficultly.
