Mold Management Standard
1. 范围Scope
本规范规定了模具（工装）的申请、验收、使用、维护、保养、报废等过程控制的要求。This code specifies the requirements of application, acceptance, use, maintenance, scrap and other process control of molds (tooling). 本规范适用于集团模具（工装）的管理及控制。
This specification applies to the management and control of mold (tooling).
2. 职责Responsibilities
使用部门根据设计要求提出模具（工装）制作申请，经中心负责人审核报生产技术部。The user department shall submit the application for mold (tooling) production according to the design requirements, which shall be examined and reported to the production technology d epartment by the person in charge of the center.
生产技术部负责批准模具（工装）申请，并负责模具（工装）设计。The production technology department is responsible for approving the application of molds (tooling) and designing the molds (tooling).
塑化剂检测生产技术部组织生产、设计、质管部门验收新模具与设计要求的符合性，合格方可启用。The production technology department shall organize the production, design and quality control departments to check and accept the conformity between the new mold and the design requirements, and the new mold can only be used if qualified.
使用部门负责模具使用及维护，保证模具处于正常使用状态。The user department is responsible for the use and maintenance of the molds to ensure that the molds are in normal use.
3. 管理流程Management process
申请及验收Application and acceptance
FFU净化单元电热暖水袋使用单位根据设计、生产需求提出模具或工装制作申请，经中心负责人审核后报生产技术部。The user shall submit the application for mold or tooling according to the design and production requirements, and submit the application to the production technology department after the examination and verification by the person in charge of the center.
全桥整流 生产技术部根据设计图纸及加工工艺要求，绘制模具或工装图纸，根据制作难度，确定外协或自制。According to the design drawings and processing requirements, the production technology department will make the mold or tooling drawings, and determine the outsourcing or self-made according to the production difficulty.
模具制作完成后，生产技术部牵头设计、生产、质检根据图纸检验模具或工装符合性，合格方可接收；不合格返工返修，直至检验合格。After the completion of the mold production, the production technology department shall take the lead to design, production and quality inspection to check the conformity of the mold or tooling according to the drawings.Unqualified iwill need to rework and repair until qualified after inspection.
接收及入账Receiving and recording
模具或工装检验合格后，生产技术中心组织相关部门试模，直至达到图纸要求。After the molds or tooling pass the inspection, the production technology center will organize relevant departments to test the molds until they meet the requirements of the drawings.
试模或工装合格后，由生产使用部门对模具进行编号，并根据XMB308-005《工装夹具模具台账管理规程》的要求由生产技术部登记入账，以便随时跟踪模具或工装的使用状态。After the test mold or tooling is qualified, the production and use department shall number the mold, and according to the requirements of XMB308-005 "Management Procedures for Mold and tooling Asset Register", the production technology department shall register and register in account, so as to track the use status of the mold or tooling at any time.
使用及维护Use and maintenance
使用单位负责模具的使用及维护保养。模具应按顺序号及使用范围有序存放在货架上。The user is responsible for the use and maintenance of the molds.The molds should be stored on the shelf according to the serial number and range of use.
模具存放应加注润滑油，不能因模具或工装防护不善产生锈蚀或对模具使用有质量影响的缺陷。Mold storage should be filled with lubricating oil, cannot have a quality impact due to mold or tooling poor protection of producing corrosion.注塑鞋
使用部门根据生产安排选择相应模具进行生产。本次使用完毕需存放的模具应对其进行清洗保养。并根据最后一件产品检查模具的完好性，合格的模具放入模具架中，如实填写《模具保养记录》。User department select the corresponding mold for production according to the production arrangement to.The molds to be stored after use shall be cleaned and maintained.
