基于430单片机的智能脉搏测试仪设计
摘要
本作品以TI公司MSP430F2619控制器为核心,设计并制作了红外脉搏测试仪。采用红外对管,利用指端血液浓度随脉搏变化的原理,将脉搏信号转化为电信号,采用便宜实用的LM324运算放大器,进行信号的放大整形、滤波,处理过的信号经比较器LM311得到脉冲信号,送入单片机进行处理。MSP430F2619的捕获/比较功能来测量一个脉冲的周期,大大缩短了计数的时间和测试实时性。在软件处理上,对采入的数据进行算法处理屏蔽掉错误数值,对测试数据的稳定性有所提高。利用MSP430F2619的内部AD功能,将脉搏信号转化成数字量,在液晶上进行画图,可以直观的看到脉搏的跳动情况。对于测试数据,可以智能的将其存入单片机内部的FLASH,掉电也不会丢失,便于使用者对自己一段时间内的身体情况进行比较、评估。
整个系统采用两种供电方式:适配器供电和4节1.5V的电池供电。两种供电方式切换简单,当插上适配器时系统采用适配器供电,当拔掉适配器时就是电池供电。可以大大降低使用成本。设计上解决了电源完整性、信号完整性等系列问题。设计方案达到了预定的设计指标。

Abstract: This works by TI company MSP430F2619 controller as the core, the infrared pulse tester is designed and produced. Using infrared tube, using the principle of finger tip blood concentration change with pulse, the pulse signal into electrical signal, adopt the cheap and practical LM324 , signal amplification plastic, filtering, level after practical common comparator LM311 get pulse signal, into a single chip for processing. Use of MSP4430F2619 capture/compare function, measuring a pulse cycle, greatly reducing the real-time counting time and testing. On software processing for data mining into the algorithm processing block error values, to improve the stability of the test data. Using MSP430F2619 internal ADC function, the pulse signal is converted into digital quantity, drawing on the 240128 LCD, can see the pulse beat intuitive. will not be lost, to facilitate users to a period of time the physical condition of comparison and evaluation.
The whole system consists of two power supply modes: 1.5 V power supply and adapter section 4 of the batteries. Simple to switch between two kinds of power-supply modes, when system adopts adapter, power supply, plug in the adapter is the battery power when unplug the adapter. Can greatly reduce the cost. Design to solve the power integrity, signal integrity, etc. Design has reached the design index.
