摘要：目的观察多潘立酮联合康复新液反流性食管炎的疗效及对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素62((L62)水平的影响。方法将85例反流性食管炎患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组43例。对照组采用单纯康复新液，实验组采用多潘立酮联合康复新液口服。比较2组临床疗效，CRP J L-6J L-12的变化以及期间不良反应的发生情况。结果5周后，2组CRP J L-6J L-12水平低于前，且实验组CRP、IL-6、IL-12水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<2.05)o实验组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<2.05)o2组期间腹泻、乏力、便秘等不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>2.25)。结论多潘立酮联合康复新液能有效缓解反流性食管炎的临床症状，降低血清CRP J L-6J L-12水平，减轻炎性反应。
