摘 要
该说明书是对管衬进行注塑模设计，其间涉及到材料的分析，它决定了该设计可用到强制抽芯以解决球型芯中间大，两头小，难出芯问题。该设计大体上是这样的：采用SYS-30立式注塑机，一模两件结构，分型面设在下表面，侧浇口进料，两次抽芯机构（斜导柱侧抽芯和扇形推杆顶出强制抽芯）。其中还涉及到镶块，思路看似清晰，但各种结构间的关系和力的作用是难点和重点。 关键词 注塑模 型芯 镶块 斜导柱
