Steam produced from municipal water fed generators often containing treatment additives.
过滤蒸汽Filtered Steam
经过过滤的工业蒸汽,去除了大于5微米的杂质颗粒。
Plant steam which has been filtered to remove all particles greater than 5 microns.
防辐射面料
太空袋洁净蒸汽Clean Steam
由蒸汽发生器产生,一般使用去离子水或是蒸馏水。Steam produced by a steam generator which often uses deionized or distilled water.
变速箱线束纯蒸汽Pure Steam
由蒸馏、去离子或无热原的水产生—非凝结状态的WFI。Steam produced from distilled, deionized, or pyrogen-free water -- "uncondensed WFI".
