标定CO2是主要的温室气体,工业CO2伴随化石燃料燃烧不断排放到大气中,导致大气中CO2浓度不断攀升。2018年全球大气中CO2平均质量浓度是1750年工业化前水平的147%,同时CO2也是来源最丰富的C1资源,CO2的捕集和封存(CCS)对于缓解温室效应和发展循环经济都有重要意义[1鄄4]。 化学吸附法是最普遍和最具有经济性的CCS技术之一。石灰石、白云石等钙基材料是良好的CO2吸附剂,CaO通过“碳酸化/煅烧”反应捕集工业燃烧烟气中CO2被认为是有效降低大气中CO2浓度且具有工业应用前景的碳捕集技术之一[5,6]。Filitz等[7]以硝酸钙和硝酸镁为原料,采用加碱协同沉淀技术合成了由MgO掺杂的钙基白云石材料。Broda等[8]以醋酸钙和醋酸镁为原料,采用有机溶剂“沸点蒸煮”重结晶技术合成了高效MgO掺杂CaO材料。张明明等[9]采用天然钙源(牡蛎壳和方解石等)和化学试剂(醋酸钙)为钙基前驱材料制备了CaO材料,发现CaO(醋酸钙)的CO2吸附能力和稳定性较好。这些钙基材料 精炼渣制备钙基材料用于吸附CO2反应

摘要:以精炼渣为原材料,采用氯化铵浸出法提取精炼渣中钙组分制备钙基材料。考察了不同吸附温度(400~550℃)时钙基材料对纯CO2和高炉煤气中CO2的吸附性能。结果表明,钙基材料对纯CO2的吸附强于对高炉煤气中CO2的吸附。升高CO2吸附温度,钙基材料吸附纯CO2和高炉煤气中CO2的能力均增强。钙基材料对高炉煤气中CO2吸附随着吸附温度升高增强地更快。当吸附温度升高到550℃时,钙基材料对纯CO2和高炉煤气中CO2的吸附量分别为122.6mg/g和105.9mg/g,吸附量相差较小,说明钙基材料对高炉煤气中CO2有良好的吸附性能。

Abstract:Calcium components in refining slag were extracted by ammonium chloride leaching method to prepare the calcium鄄based material,and the adsorption of pure CO2and the CO2in blast furnace gas on the calcium鄄based material at different temperatures(400to550℃)was investigated.The results showed that the CO2adsorption capacity of the calcium鄄based material for pure CO2was higher than that for CO2in blast furnace gas.With the increase of adsorption temperature,the CO2adsorption capacity of the calcium鄄based material for pure CO2and CO2in blast furnace gas was both enhanced,but it increased faster for CO2in blast furnace gas.When the adsorption temperature increased to550℃,the CO2adsorption capacity of the calcium based material for pure CO2and CO2in blast furnace gas was122.6mg/g and105.9mg/g,respectively.There was little difference between the two adsorption capacities,which indicated that the calcium based material has good adsorption performance for CO2in blast furnace gas.
