摘 要
铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)是兰科(Orchidaceae)石斛属(DendrobiumSw．)多年生草本植物。铁皮石斛为石斛之极品，它因表皮呈铁绿而得名。铁皮石斛是传统名贵中药材，有生津益胃、清热养阴和清咽利嗓等功效，主要药用成分石斛多糖是一种免疫调节剂。铁皮石斛蒴果成熟时易开裂，且种子粒径小，自然繁殖率低。为了保护和有效利用铁皮石斛，通过组织培养技术大量快速繁殖铁皮石斛组培苗显得尤为重要。 关键词：铁皮石斛 组织培养 移栽 培养基 转接 快速繁殖
Abstract
Dendrobium orchid Dendrobium is a perennial herb. It is the ultimate in DendrobiumSw,named for its ferric green a rare traditional Chinese herbal medicine,it contributes to dry dampness and strengthen the spleen,clear away lung-heat ,nourish yin ，clear away heat ,and so main medicinal components of Dendrobium polysaccharide is a kind of immune mature,its capsule cracks,in which seeds are in small particle size and have a low rate of natural order to protect and utilize the Dendrobium orchid Dendrobium ,it is particularly important to establish a rapid propagation by the tissue culture technique .
