element (SSE) and connected to the basic body (BB) by means of a first threaded connection (THC1) in such a manner that turning the adjustment-module (ADM) results in an elongation along the central axis (AX) of the support screw element (SSE), the adjustment-module (ADM) comprising a first adjustment element (ADE1) provided with a thread of the first threaded connection (THC1) and a second adjustment element (ADE2), which is engaged by a second threaded connection (THC2) with the first adjustment element (ADE1), wherein the first threaded connection (THC1) and the second threaded connection (THC2) are coaxial and are provided with different pitches and different working directions.
