焦化工业废水工艺设计
要:焦化污水中含有大量的氨氮以及多种有毒的有机化合物,必然会造成环境污染、影响人体健康。本文为中小型焦化厂废水处理工程工艺设计。该工程规模为10000m3/d,采用A2单相整流桥/O工艺。污水处理流程为:废水从泵房到调节池,然后进入隔油池,出水进入A2/O反应池,再进入二次沉淀池,二次沉淀池出水进入混凝沉淀池,再进入消毒池,最后出水。污泥的流程为:从二次沉淀池以及混凝沉淀池排出的剩余污泥进入污泥浓缩池,再进入消化池,再进入污泥脱水间,经干化处理后外运处置。出水应达到处理后废水达到《污水综合排放标准》电话计费系统GB8978-1996规定的一级标准。

The design of coking wastewater treatment process
磁卡电表AbstractCoking wastewater contains a large amount of ammonia and a variety of toxic
organic compounds, coking wastewater is bound to cause environmental pollution and affect human health. This article is for the design of coking wastewater treatment engineering process. The scale of the project is 10000 m3/d and use A2fmmix/O treatment. Sewage treatment process is as follows: Into the factory sewage from the pumping station to the regulating reservoir, and then flows into the Horizontal Flow Oil Separation Tank, grease trap water into the the A2/O reaction cell, and then enter the secondary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank into the coagulation and sedimentation,and then into the disinfecting tank ,and the final effluent. Sludge process: the excess sludge discharged from the secondary settling tank, as well as coagulation and sedimentation into the sludge thickener, and the into the digestion cell ,then to the sludge dewatering, then to uiccdisposal after dry processing. The treated sewage water should reach the I-class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
