榨菜废水处理设计

摘  要
随着国家对环保问题的重视,水污染问题正被提出研究,目前水处理主要对象是高浓度有机废水和富营养化废水。而对含盐废水的处理研究还相对较少,本设计根据当地的情况结合自身所学的情况来设计,针对榨菜行业高盐、高特种设备检验检测人员管理系统COD万能夹具、高BOD废水治理难度较大,工程量较大等特点,进行方案设计。
榨菜生产废水COD高达3000mg/L,盐度、有机物浓度及氮、磷浓度均很高,直接排放严重影响了当地水体水质和生态环境,对当地民众的身体健康和生活带来不良影响。需对榨菜生产过程中产生的废水进行治理达标后排放。
域名库过程包括对处理设备的计算,最终达到国家的一级排放标准。尤其是含盐量要降到灌溉用水标准,因为这个问题正是困扰榨菜厂发展的瓶颈问题。
设计污水处理能力为10m纳米金粉3,属于小型污水处理厂。本设计采用A/O好氧厌氧法处理市污水,其特点是工艺流程简单,构筑物少;处理效果稳定,出水水质好;污泥产生量少,污泥的性质稳定。设计中对污水处理工艺和污泥处理方案进行了选择论证;对污水、污泥处理构筑物
进行了工艺设计计算;对废水处理厂进行了平面、高程布置,并绘制了平面布置图、高程图。

Abstract
With the nation's attention on environmental issues,water issues are being put on the main target of the current treatment of high concentration organic waste water and waste water eutrophication.The study on the salinity wastewater treatment are relatively small, this design combines the local context learned about the situation in their own design for industry, high-salt mustard, high COD, high BOD waste water treatment difficult,and so arge quantities characteristics,program design.

This design uses A / O Aerobic and Anaerobic Treatment of municipal sewage,which is characterized by a simple process,less structure;treatment efficiency and stability, good water quality;less sludge, sludge is stable.Design of the sewage treatment process and sludge treatment programs were selected demonstration;on sewage sludge treatment process design structures were calculated;on wastewater treatment plants were flat, elevation layout,and draw a floor plan, elevation plan.
