医院污水中含有大量的细菌、病毒、寄生虫卵，除此之外，还含有许多无机物和有机物如各种药物消毒剂用于诊断和的放射性同位素等。这些细菌、病毒和寄生虫卵在环境中具有较强的抵抗力，在污水中存活时间较长，对人类的危害很大，很可能使人致病，甚至引起传染病的爆发流行。同时，各种药物消毒剂用于诊断和的放射性同位素排入水体将对水环境造成巨大的危害并长期危害人体健康。因此，医院污水必须进行处理达到相应的标准后，才能进行排放。本方案为陕西省人民医院污水处理站工艺设计，水量为1000t/d，进水水质各指标为COD=550mg/L，BOD5=275 mg/L，SS=120 mg/L，NH3-N=26 mg/L ，pH值=7.5~8.5，粪大肠菌数为106个/L。经过分析和比较，本次设计采用国内外常采用CASS工艺和二氧化氯消毒,CASS生物反应池主要去除污水中的有机物，而向消毒池中投加二氧化氯，则去除水中的有毒有害物质。经过此工艺处理后的污水各种指标预计为COD=80mg/L，BOD5=20 mg/L，SS=70 mg/L，NH3-N=12 mg/L ，pH值=6~9，粪大肠菌数为500个/L，余氯>0.5 mg/L。主要构筑物有化粪池、格栅间与提升泵房、CASS生化池、接触消毒池、污泥浓缩池等。

ABSTRACT
Hospital wastewater consists of a lot of bacteria,virus,parasitic ovum,in addition,hospital wastewater also consists of a lot of organic matters and inorganic matters such as all kinds of sanitizer and radioisotope using to diagnosis and treat.These bacteria,virus,parasitic ovum,can alive in the wastewater for a long time,these is harmful for human’s healthy,and these could probably lead to disease even communicable disease.At the same time, sanitizer and radioisotope using to diagnosis and treat discharge into wave could pollute the wave environment and jeopardize human’s healthy.Therefor,hospital wastewater must be dealed with untill it reach homologous standard,then it could discharge.This plan is ShanXi People’s Hospital Processing station,the water yield is 1000t/d,and the indicators are:COD=550mg/L,BOD5=275mg/L,S
S=120mg/L,NH3-N=26mg/L ,pH=7.5~8.5,bacillus coli is106/L.After dealing,the indicators are:COD=80mg/L,BOD5=20 mg/L,SS=70mg/L,NH3-N=12mg/L,pH=6~9,bacillus 600x22助燃剂coli is 500/L,residual chlorine>0.5mg/L.the main structures contain digestion tank,the bar screen room and pump room,CASS tank, disinfecting tank,sludge storage tank.
