【摘 要】随着国家成品油市场的完全放开和成品油新定价机制的实施，成品油市场的竞争主要集中在零售终端。加油站拥有70%以上的销售系统的员工，这一庞大的员工队伍的思想动态直接决定着企业的和谐稳定和健康发展。为此，作为企业的管理者，对于如何做好加油站员工的思想动态工作是其一个永恒的、极为重要的课题。 【Abstract】 With the complete liberalization of the national refined oil market and the implementation of the new pricing mechanism for refined oil products， the competition in the refined oil market is mainly concentrated in the retail terminal. Gas station has more than 70% of the staff of the sales system， the dynamic thinking of this huge workforce determines the harmonious， stable and healthy development of the enterprise directly. Therefore， for the manager of the enterprise， it is an eternal and extremely important topic for how to do the dynamic work of the gas station staff.
