        Abstract With the complete liberalization of the national refined oil market and the implementation of the new pricing mechanism for refined oil products the competition in the refined oil market is mainly concentrated in the retail terminal. Gas station has more than 70% of the staff of the sales system the dynamic thinking of this huge workforce determines the harmonious stable and healthy development of the enterprise directly. Therefore for the manager of the enterprise it is an eternal and extremely important topic for how to do the dynamic work of the gas station staff.
