In this paper, the general idea and implement plan of China Telecom multimedia intelligent client service system in the environment of mobile Internet are expounded. To construct comprehensive client view with multi-channel access and multi-channel synergy, as well as multimedia intelligent client service system with all-round intelligent applications, can satisfy the demands of clients in the environment of mobile Internet such that client perception would be significantly improved based on proactive, intelligent, open and interactive services.
